Hey, I’m Michael Toler. I’m both a certified Personal Trainer and certified Nutritionist with NASM. My speciality is circuit training. I strongly believe it’s the best way to loss fat and build muscle. I’ve learned all my techniques from my father, who currently is still running¬†fitness competitions and personal training from his gym in Detroit.

I’m consider a well rounded trainer who just doesn’t just help in the gym but also out of the gym by helping my clients using my Nutrition certification. ALL of my clients who have stuck with me, have seen results in less than a month.
